Architecture. Retell handles orchestration, telephony, LLM routing, and webhook delivery. ElevenLabs handles TTS for genuinely human voice quality (sub-500ms latency, no robotic feel). Both stream into our own Postgres conversation log, so this page and the Customer Bot page both read from the same brain. If we ever swap Retell for another platform, the knowledge base, conversation history, and audit dashboard survive the swap.
