How this works: Every morning at 7 AM, the Capture agent calls Tyson's cell with the highest-impact gap list from yesterday's customer conversations. He answers by voice for 2-5 minutes total. The agent asks follow-up questions, then writes the new facts directly into the knowledge base attached to the right products / segments / customers. The customer-facing bot retrieves them on the next relevant conversation.

AGENT
Morning Tyson. Got three things from yesterday — two minutes each. Ready when you are.
TYSON
Yeah hit me.
AGENT
A church in Houston, 1,800 seats, asked about stage screens. Bot answered with pixel pitch math but flagged it needs a real install reference. Can you walk me through a comparable megachurch install you've done? What you'd recommend, what surprised you, what went wrong if anything.
TYSON
Yeah, so the closest one we did was Cornerstone Fellowship in Livermore, similar size, 1,500 seats. They wanted P2.5 stage screens, twin walls. The big thing we learned is the lobby wall actually matters more than people think because that's where people make the decision to come back. We did a 130-inch 2x2 in their lobby and they said that was the highest-ROI part of the whole install. Stage screens were 1,500 nits, lobby was 1,000, that worked fine.
AGENT
Good detail. One follow-up — what was the install gotcha? Anything you wish you'd known going in?
TYSON
Yeah the mounting hardware took six weeks even though the panels shipped in two. That's the long pole on every church install. Tell the bot to always lead with that.
AGENT
Got it. Logging that. Next one — Dante audio in courtrooms. AV consultant asked about Dante over the IT network on a courtroom install in Texas. We didn't have your go-to spec. What's the install pattern you'd recommend?
TYSON
Two things. One, never run Dante over a shared courtroom network if you can avoid it. Always carve out a dedicated VLAN, minimum. Two, the encoder/decoder I trust is the AtlasIED IPX series, plays nice with our matrix and the latency is real-world under 8 milliseconds. We've done six or seven courtroom installs with that pair.
AGENT
Perfect. AtlasIED IPX, dedicated VLAN, six to seven installs. Logged. Last one — outdoor LED. We've had three inquiries this month, no panel in the catalog. Do you have a supplier line on outdoor IP65 panels, or do you want me to refer these out to a partner?
TYSON
Honestly I've been meaning to bring on an outdoor supplier. We can do it through Absen — I've got a contact there. Let me set that up this week. For now tell the bot to capture the lead and I'll route them manually.
AGENT
Sounds good. I'll set the bot to lead-capture mode on outdoor inquiries with a note that you'll route them personally. And I'll queue a follow-up for next week to confirm the Absen line is set up. That's it for today. Total: five new facts captured, two follow-ups.
TYSON
Thanks.

  • Sourcewell / OMNIA / GSA / SEWP contract status (gap from c-003, c-008)
  • Dealer-tier pricing rules (gap from 7 ICC / FORTÉ touchpoints)
// TRANSCRIPT
AGENT
Morning. Two things today, both commercial.
TYSON
Go.
AGENT
Two government buyers this week asked about Sourcewell pricing. Do you hold any cooperative contracts? Sourcewell, OMNIA, GSA Advantage, SEWP?
TYSON
We don't, and that's a real gap. We had OMNIA back in 2023 but let it lapse. I'd like to get back on Sourcewell — it's the most useful one for gov and ed. Let me get the application started this week. Until then tell government buyers we can do net 30 invoicing directly and match Sourcewell-equivalent pricing case by case.
AGENT
Logged. Setting bot policy: government buyers get net-30 invoicing offered, Sourcewell-equivalent pricing on case-by-case approval. I'll queue a follow-up next week on the Sourcewell application. Second one — dealer-tier pricing. ICC and a few others keep asking about their tier pricing at checkout. The customer metafield is empty across the whole base. What are the tier rules?
TYSON
Three tiers. Gold is anyone doing 100k a year with us, that's like ICC, Zones, CCS, FORTÉ. They get 25 percent off list. Silver is 25k a year, 15 percent off. Standard dealer is just dealer-net pricing, 10 percent off. I'll send you the list of who's in which tier today.
AGENT
Gold 25 off, Silver 15 off, Standard 10 off. Logged. Once you send the tier list I'll backfill the dealer_tier metafield across the customer base, and the bot will show tier pricing automatically.
TYSON
Perfect.

  • 163" Large LED Display product knowledge (gap from 9 inquiries · $26,000 AOV)
// TRANSCRIPT
AGENT
Morning. Today is product knowledge — your two big-LED display SKUs have almost no captured knowledge and they're $26k and $38k AOVs.
TYSON
Yeah those are the all-in-one units. Honestly we mostly sell those into corporate lobbies and broadcast sets, less into worship or sports. The 190 inch is genuinely huge, like fills a full conference room wall. Power requirement is what people don't know — needs a 30-amp dedicated circuit, can't run off a regular outlet. 163 is closer to a 20-amp.
AGENT
Good. Install timeline? Lead time?
TYSON
Stocked in our Sanford warehouse, both ship in 5-7 business days. Install is a half-day with two people. The mounting hardware ships with the unit which is different from the panel LED walls.
AGENT
Pixel pitch on both?
TYSON
163 is fixed 4K UHD, so 1.27mm pitch. 190 is 1.5mm. Both calibrated at factory, no field tuning needed.
AGENT
Use cases — beyond corporate and broadcast?
TYSON
Casino sportsbook walls, high-end retail flagship, that's about it. Not the right fit for worship because the throw distance is too short. We had one tribal gaming buyer get the 163 last year, that was the Potawatomi deal.
