Admin/Customer Portals
Customer Portals
Gated accounts. Each customer logs in to see only their own quotes, orders, install history, and specs.
Not for client
Module 05 · gated customer portals. Multi-location accounts (national integrators, church groups, rink chains, school districts) get a private login. Inside, they see only their own data: open quotes, order history, per-location install records, and downloadable spec sheets. The customer bot answers using their tier pricing and their install history, so a Forté rep gets Gold-tier numbers and Chicago install details, never another account's.

// WHAT FORTÉ SEES WHEN LOGGED IN
// WHAT THIS ACCOUNT CAN ACCESS
Their quotes
Open and historical quotes for their account only. No cross-account visibility.
Their orders
Every order placed under the account, line items, tracking, and reorder-from-history.
Install history
Per-location install records: what was deployed, when, by whom, with photos.
Spec sheets
Downloadable specs for every product on their account (pixel pitch, power, mounting).
Account-specific bot answers
The bot answers using their tier pricing, their install history, their open quotes.
Gating rule. An account can only ever see rows tagged to its own customer ID. No cross-account quotes, orders, or install history are ever returned, including to the bot.
Why portals matter. Multi-location buyers stop emailing for “what did we install in Chicago” or “resend the Phoenix quote.” They self-serve. Reorders come straight from their own order history at their own tier pricing, and the bot answers in their context. Forté goes first because it is the highest-volume account; the church group, rink chain, and school district follow once the template is proven.
