AI auditConsultative answer was strong — viewing distance math, ambient-light recommendation, specific product. Could be sharper with a real BL church install reference (Tyson capture target). Lead captured, follow-up scheduled. Exactly how this segment should be handled.

BrightLink AV — hi! How can I help today?
00:05customer
Hi, I'm Pastor Mike at Grace Community Church in Houston. We're 1,800 seats, lots of windows, white walls. Looking at stage screens. What pixel pitch makes sense, and how far back can the back row be before it gets pixelated?
00:24bot
Great question — and the room conditions you described matter a lot here. For an 1,800-seat sanctuary with that much ambient light, I'd recommend P2.5 or P2.9 pixel pitch. P2.5 stays sharp out to about 8.2 feet minimum viewing distance, so your back rows are well inside that comfort zone. The window light is actually the bigger issue — you'll want at least 1,000 nits sustained brightness, ideally 1,500.

Our 130-inch 2x2 Video Wall Package in 4K hits both targets and runs $12,500 per unit. Want me to grab the spec sheet and have Alex put together a ballpark quote you can review?
01:18customer
Yeah, please. And could you send me a case study of another church around our size if you have one?
01:28bot
Let me get the spec sheet over to you for sure. On the case study — I want to be straight, I don't have a perfect comparable on file right now. I'll flag that to Tyson and he can share something more relevant when Alex follows up. Can I get your email?
02:02customer
Sure, pastor.mike at gracecommunity dot com.

Got it. I'm scheduling Alex to follow up with you tomorrow morning around 10 AM Eastern — does that work?

Perfect. Thanks!
